The name Rainbow is a covenant between God and Noah (Gen 9:12-16).

Rainbow is therefore an assurance of hope in a hopeless society, situation and circumstances. We provide a ray of hope to up and coming generation in ICT. in the continent of Africa. The time has come of Africans to take up the challenge of utilizing the knowledge and skills acquired to improve upon their lot than depending upon others for their daily livelihood.
